“The stove is perfect - we love it and it does what we hoped and more. Very realistic. Provides much more heat than we thought it would. Have barely turned it off. Everyone loves it. Unfortunately, delivery was a little lacking as the person who delivered left the box on a palette just within the property boundary. Leaving a 50kg unit to manhandle into the house safely. We also had to dispose of the palette at our cost.”

“Having previously owned a Dimplex Oakhurst stove I wanted another realistic stove that was easier to use and didn't require diffuser replacement. The Dimplex Belgravia ticked the boxes although at approx triple the cost. Following receipt absolutely no regrets. Impressive quality, realistic maintenance free flame effect, crackling sound and controllable heat output.”
