“Replaced this cooker with my Cannon eye level cooker which I had for over 15 years. Grill in top oven is very slow compared to my eye level grill. The splash back does not go fully back and has a slight slant when in the upright position. Will be contacting hotpoint/cannon as there is no adjustment at the back of the cooker. Overall top and bottom oven is excellent and as a baker my cakes came out perfect.”

“Excellent service except a slight hiccup in communications in that a copy order was not sent to me as indicated on the order screen which meant I could not track the order on-line. Prompt delivery first class.”
