“Excellent product. This is the second one I have purchased. Unfortunately the first one was incorrectly connected to a spur instead of directly into a socket. This should have been made clearer in the instructions. As a result the appliance was damaged. Is it possible to advise me how to repair the damage? Thank you. Len Catley”

“The fire really looks great. The fire effect is very realistic and one of the reasons I went for the LE version of this fire. It also has a handy remote control (you can never have too many remote controls) which turns the fire on and off. Thermostatic control is very useful too although the fire is really meant to add a focal point to a room rather that completely heat it. I've had a similar Dimplex fire before which was all metal construction. This has more plastic components but at least the coals are real! Now Fires Cookers, the company I bought the actual fire from could not have been any better. Ordered Sunday night, delivered on Tuesday as promised... They even sent a text to say that it would be delivered on the day that I had chosen. Driver even phoned me to say he was on his way! Fantastic service! How many times have you waited in for a delivery only to find they don't turn up with not even a phone-call to explain what had happened? So it's 10 out of 10 for Fires Cookers and the truly outstanding service they offer. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and this particular model of fire that I purchased from them. Sorted! Respect due!”
