“overall very pleased with the fire as it looks effective and creates a nice focal point. Our only disappointment is that the electricity supply lead is black which is rather incongruous with a cream/white fire and is not easily disguised against skirting. Would have been 100 per cent pleased if this had been a white lead which seems such an easily rectified change for the manufacturer.”
