“Lovely fire and very economical to run. The heat from this fire makes a 23' x 13' room nice and cosy. Saves the cost of running central heating boiler all day. The coals could do with being labelled to make it a bit easier to place/ but I solved this by comparing them to the replacement parts list. An all round good buy and cheaper than any other online retailer. Delivery was prompt and arrived within the time confirmed by text.”

“looks good. very easy to light and throws out so much heat. Could do with a couple more magnets to secure the trim to the frame but that's easily sorted. Very happy with the purchase.”

“Delivered promptly,all parts present,fitted into wall cavity ok,controls easy to use and a nice output to warm the room. Smelt a bit to start with but that is getting better,all in all a good product at a good price and cheap to run.”
