“I am very happy with this fire,gives out great heat and looks good with the flames through the coals.only fault is that the feet at the front that it stands on are rather flimsy for the weight of the fire.”

“Bought this fire to replace my old Flavel Emberglow which I loved but couldn't get a spare part for (had it many years). The new model is well built (the gold is a bit bright compared to my old brass effect details) and hope it lasts as long as the old one. Overall happy with the fire and would recommend.”

“This fire was a replacement for our old emberglow that was no lomger servicable after 30 plus years. Same effect and performance, .would have expected an improvement in efficiency. Fire delivered without canopy but following phone call arrived next day. Pleased to have a cheerf#ul fire back in grate”
