“This product arrived promptly after purchase, and was exceptionally well wrapped and packaged! The fire is stylish, seems robust, easy to use and has a good heat output... certainly a noticeable difference from the old fire. If you are looking for a more 'traditional' wall or floor-mounted gas fire, I would certainly reccommend this as an efficient, affordable and well-made option.”

“An elegant, economic radiant fire with 83% of the heat coming into the room. Our gas fitter was very complimentary about its efficiency. The controls are simple to use,and for us elderly users, a larger switch is provided which sits over the existing controls. It looks good, it is good, and we feel good. “Probably the poorest Customer Service I have ever experienced, ordered the fire as stated on website they were in Stock. My Old Fire had broke and had also arranged gas fitter to come. They called me the day before it was due to be delivered and casually told me they had none in stock. Had to battle with them to get a refund and even Threaten them with the Police! The Manager called me next day who was very apologetic and miraculously found the fire I wanted. The Manager was helpful however the rest of the Staff were a total disgrace. How this Company have been trading since 1969 is a miracle with Staff like that is one of life's mysteries!”
