“I spent some time in researching dimensions , heat efficiency, price and good looking gas fires. So I am delighted with all these aspects in this gas fire. In addition it was installed easily by the gas fitter.”

“Very smart looking and very warm. Only downsides are the control which is at the bottom RHS of fire and cost of replacement parts (replacement coals cost over £100 but they are supposed to last 7-9 years) .”

“The order was processed easily. The delivery was excellent. However, the quality control is extremely poor as the fire had suffered damage to the front canopy. As I had been unable to examine immediately, when reported to your company after 10 days it was out of the time allocated for complaints. This spoiled what had previously been a very good shopping experience.”
