“We have been using it for a few weeks now and we are very pleased with it. The coal effect is as good as I have seen, very much like the coal fires of my childhood, a lovely red glow throwing out heat with a nice flame effect. Heats a large room extremely well. As already mentioned, switch on could be more user friendly, there's in, halfway in and out on the control knob, and the pilot light cannot be seen. No problem once you have mastered it. Overall, very happy with this really cosy fire.”
