“Went to a gas show room, were we looked at exactly the same fire, at a price of £400. Came straight home purchased from the gas superstore site for £259.99 WOW!!! The delivery service was excellent, communication from drive excellent & driver very helpful. The fire it's self is very sturdy, looks good. Overall I would highly recommend this company. I can honestly say that it's very hard these days to find customer service, quality for money & very polite delivery men, who actually want to deliver your product to you with a helping hand & a great attitude.”

“Fire looks very nice and throws out a lot of heat. Good value for money. Only complaint is that it has been modified from the old version and now lights the burner under all the radiants even on the lowest setting. On the old version the two middle radiants only lit on the low setting and fully glowed. On this version no radiants glow on the low setting. Psychologically glowing radiants make the room feel cosier and I prefer the old version.”
