I cant fault this multi-fuel burner.Its well built and designed.For the price you would find it hard to beat.It puts out plenty of heat and is easy to control.Its as good as many of those expensive Scandinavian stoves at about a third of the cost.I'm more than happy with it.

Great Multifuel Stove, and brilliant service form all at Gas Superstore with a fantastic saving on the normal retail price, GOOD ONE.

Nice little stove which works very well. only criticism is the size of the ashpan, which is a little on the small side and needs emptying twice daily.

Excellent little stove. Very well made and really packs out the heat. Just one tip: logs need to be dry.

Stove is excellent, kicks out a good amount of heat. However- customer service was terrible. After ordering the stove for delivery i contacted 'The Gas Superstore' to try and nail down a delivery time. The person on the phone was rude and told me I would receive a 3 hour window on the morning of the delivery. On the day of delivery I contacted the company again as by late morning I had not received my 3 hour window. Another person was again very short with me informing me I wouldnt get one due to a warehouse issue that day. I told them I was at work and would need prior warning and was then informed it would most likely be late afternoon evening time. Not a problem, works for me I thought. Next thing I recieve a call at 2 in the afternoon from the delivery driver telling me he was by my house. I informed him I was still at work and his solution was to leave the stove on my drive saying 'no one will steal it, it's to heavy.' Luckily all the small items (flue, carbon monoxide detector, cement etc..) was left with a neighbour. I then had to rush home from work and somehow manage to lift the stove into my house on my own, as a skinny chap I lifted it myself so I'm sure a pair of opportunist thieves driving past would of made short work of 'the thing that's to heavy to steal.' When the fitter (gleaming bloke and independent) came to fit the fire he informed me the flue was the incorrect size for the fire but luckily managed to fix the problem himself. On the whole extremely disappointed with the abysmal excuse for customer service and would not recommend 'The Gas Superstore' to anyone.
