“On delivery the log bed was broken but this was promptly replaced. Deducted a star for the inconvenience. Very happy with the look of the fire. Have not used the heat yet as it is still summer.”

“I found it a little complicated to put together,being an older customer,also the water in it feels strange,instruction don't say fill the sump up as well as the tank, I need from you a invoice and receipt,which should have come with the item.”
