“The fire is a perfect fit for the small fire opening. It looks great when lit with the flames quite realistic and the heater soon heats the room. Love the remote control. Hope to have much pleasure from the cosy atmosphere created in my living room. .”

“The delivery was prompt and the item in good working order. The Dimplex electric stove I had before (different model) was quite noisy and I was disappointed to find this one just the same. I decided to keep it as I like the welcoming flame flicker in cold weather but will only be able to use the heating element for limited periods in the living room as the noise tends to get on my nerves after awhile! If all the models are this noisy I'm glad I only paid a reasonably low price for this one.”
