Will you recommend ALL 4 KIDS?

“A little bit disappointed with this purchase. The runners for the drawers are very cheap and nasty, drawers have to be firmly pushed to shut properly. The finish on the drawers isn't the best, it came with a few stress cracks, marks and chipped bits of timber. I was expecting alot better quality for my $700. If it wasn't such a hassle, I probably would have organised to return this product.”

“Looks good, took me a full day and a half to assemble with my dad helping. Instructions could have been a little better especially when it came to the drawer runners. But we got there and the finished product looks great and works really well.”

“The end result is great. However, it took my husband more than 6 hours to assemble...instructions were unfinished, they didn’t address all elements of the build and the holes in the drawers were all in the wrong place. In addition, the communication from All for Kids was so unacceptable. I had to call twice and email 3 times to get an update on my order which was late by two weeks. And i also couldn’t track the delivery. I like the drawers but I wouldn’t order from this company again.”

“Our drawers arrived in three seperate deliveries. I had to chase the last box with courier. When it finally arrived, the top piece was damaged. We phoned straight away and they asked us to send an email. 24 hours later and still no response. Instead they sent us a feedback form. We would like to arrange a replacement. Please advise.”
