“I am very disappointed with the service I received regarding this purchase.Did nor receive what I wanted.if the item was out of stock you should of mentioned that on your website. Not tell me 1 week later. Ttgen you email me and tell me you have sent the elephant design and if I didn’t like iwell I wasn’t gone at the time being Saturday didn’t think it would arrive. I thought I would open it to see design and low and behold different design altogether t don’t, then you say in email you will send the correct design as soon as you receive the wrong one back. So why when you realised you sent the wrong one why didn’t you send correct one. I try to ring no answers message says message back full. Very frustrating, it’s very close to Christmas, and one little boy not going to be happy. If you had any Christmas spirit and compassion you would send the correct one and allow me to keep wrong one just so u can donate it to someone special. Don’t know if you will look into this matter, but I would greatly appreciate it. Merry Christmas”
