“There must have been a glitch in the ordering system. I received my paypal receipt but no correspondence from the seller. I tried using the online contact forms because the phone line is only available during business hours and received no response. When I did call they processed the order immediately but there was no apology or compensation for having paid for express shipping and then not receiving the item until 1.5 weeks later.”
