“This is the backpack I ordered. This is NOT the backpack I received. I ordered in good fair via pre-order (which their website still claims you can do..) only to be told there was none available and would I liked to switch. It took quite some time to be told the backpack would not be available. And I did then question them on why it still has preorder on the website (still there a month on). Very disappointing.”
