The Allay Lamp allows me to do the things in the evening that a egular light has prevented. I can now read a little and its very relaxing to rest in the green hue. I am very grateful for this lamp. I am getting a bit of my life back. thank you Allay.

Allay lamp has been such an asset to my family and our overall well being. Truthfully I didn't expect such an impact from the lamp but what a surprise it has been. I suffer from migraines and my 8 year old daughter will get headaches every couple of weeks that wipe her out. We started incorporating The Allay lamp in our daily lives and she hasn't had a single headache in over a month! My migraines have significantly decreased and overall mood has been elevated. Excited for others to catch on and join the green light club!

I love how easy this lamp is to turn on and off with the touch of a finger! I like to turn it green or white with a quick flip too. It calms me at the end of a long day. When I have a migraine it helps me power through my day because my life doesn't stop for the pain. I'm so happy to have this little lamp in my life!

The lamp is nicely designed, and the packaging is sleek - as you would expect with high end electronics. The design is well thought out, from the dimmer, to always defaulting to the dimmest setting when you turn it on, and the gradual colour change when you switch light modes. Little features I really appreciate. Battery life is good, and even though I use it for several hours daily, I only need to charge it 2-3 times a week. I don’t use the shield it comes with. It doesn’t stay on the lamp, and isn’t really needed. It’s been really easy to add the use of the lamp to my daily routine - using it as a bedside lamp, when I’m in the bath, in addition to when I am sick with a migraine. Having blackout curtains help make it the sole source of light, though I find it helps even if there is other light sources in the room. Now here’s the info you are probably looking for: does it “work”. Using it on a normal day, it makes me calmer. I have it next to my computer monitor when I’m working (not sole source of light), and was surprised at first that it would make a noticeable difference. I use it as much as I can in the evenings - as a reading lamp, bath time, or just a background light. When I’m sick with a migraine, I am able to tolerate this light, and red lights only. Since using this light, there has been 20% reduction in symptoms such as nausea, pain. Allowing me to sleep through more of the migraine than usual. I turn it off if/when I’m able to sleep. I hope it will make a bigger impact as I continue to use it. I have only had it for a couple weeks, and 2 migraine attacks so far. Time will tell if it will help more. I think ultimately it will vary from person to person. If the cost is not a factor for you, go for it. How many other things have we tried that cost more and made us sicker with all sorts of side effects? At the very least you’ll have a cool lamp. But hopefully it will help you too!

When I first saw Dr Rami's interview during the migraine summit I thought to myself, hmm can wait to have a solution like this and guess what now I have it! I have been using almost daily since I got it. It is such a pleasant calming light to keep around. Colorful lights usually make me feel sick but this light is different. The lamp itself is very light and versatile to move around. I'm very pleased with my Allay lamp :)

I've been suffering from severe migraine for almost ten years. I used to get a migraine at least once a week, sometimes up to three times, meaning five to ten times a month. Unless I take prescribed medication, it never goes away. The pain I experienced was extremely severe, bothering me doing daily tasks, eating, thinking, working, talking, playing, sleeping and more. Sometimes it lasted three to four days straight. Back then, I was exhausted emotionally and physically as the pain got almost unbearable. Every time I took medication, I felt like a loser as I fought desperately but the migraine kept coming back like a zombie. Taking medication was like waving the while flag. So I tried everything including physical therapy, professional massage, acupuncture, supplements, etc. One day I suddenly realized that all I've been doing was a reactive approach. So I decided to be proactive instead, which was using the Ally Lamp. For the first few weeks, I started to notice a difference immediately. Since then, I've turned the green light on every day. After experiencing the Allay Lamp for about five months, now I rarely get a migraine. Even when I feel like having it, the severity of pain is decreased dramatically, compared to five months ago. Overall, I'd give six stars if I could. If you suffer from a migraine, the Allay Lamp is a godsend.

I bought an Allay lamp for a friend who has severe migraines. They loved it, and he thanked me profusely. I bought one for another friend, but tried it out of curiosity. I have insomnia and Allay helps me wind down and sleep better. It's a great in combo with my blue light filter computer glasses. So I bought a third one for myself!
