“My wife has intractable migraines. She has had the same headache for over 8 years, starting when she was pregnant with our now 7-year-old daughter. With this in mind, we were early adopters of the Allay green lamp, back in September of 2021 when it was still a "soon to be" product. The lamp has been wonderful, helping daily, and making our life a bit easier, but recently the battery went on the fritz. With the lamp well out of the warranty period, I reached out to Allay for help, looking for options of repair or perhaps a way to replace parts of the lamp. We were surprised when Jeff, one of the co-founders reached out to us personally, asking clarifying questions while telling us that no, the lamps were not reparable as they had been constructed as a single unit. He then stated that he would be able to help us out regardless, and followed the process through. He never once outsourced the communication, taking his time to follow through and make sure that my wife had the relief that she needed! I'm a big fan of following and supporting businesses that are courteous, kind, giving, and have values that I support, and I'm also a big fan of quality customer service. With this interaction, Allay and Jeff have found a lifelong customer whom I will recommend any day of the week. I can't say enough how wonderful this experience has been. Thank you!”

“The plug outlet broke after about 5 months of use, Jeff was very helpful over e-mail and ultimately my lamp was replaced at no cost. Excellent customer service experience and continue to love using my lamp!”

“Winnie the Wonderful helped make my migraine dreams come true back in 2020 when she gifted a returned Allay lamp to me! I was the luckiest migraine sufferer ever to receive this free magical gift! Winnie was extremely helpful and communicative with me. She made sure the lamp was delivered to me great condition. She promptly answered any questions I had via email.”
