Desk light is great

The lamp is really great. I love that it's wireless once charged, and that it can be used as an ordinary reading lamp. The battery life seems to be quite a few days, using it for 2-3 hours/day. It's can be turned up to be very bright whether green or white light, so ideal for reading in bed, but also can be dimmed to . It's also amazing to be able to set the brightness, and to turn it upside down to change colour, as well as turning it on/off by putting a hand over it. My kids love it too. And that's just it's functionality as a lamp. I have been using it for a couple of hours a day and yes, I know it's just n=1 anecdotal evidence but my sleep has improved, and my menstrual migraine intensity, frequency and duration has decreased and I have used less reliever medication (only one lot of NSAID and acetaminophen/paracetamol, rather than triptan).

This thing is magic. I get regular migraines from a TBI, but since getting the Allay lamp a month ago, I haven’t had a single headache. This was after a month of headaches almost every day too. If you have headaches, don’t think twice about getting this.

This is quite a handy device! I found it soothing to use when I'm photophobic during a traditional migraine episode. Plus, the flip feature makes it functional during a power outage too. It's light, portable, and battery-efficient. If you can afford it, I'd recommend investing in an Allay Lamp, especially if the light is your trigger.
