Apoquel for Dogs - Control Itch in 24 Hours - 3.6mg, 5.4mg, 16mg Reviews

4.9 Rating 3,864 Reviews
Our 17-month-old Westie has been scratching since early May. After ruling out food allergies, my vet suggested Apoquel. His scratching stopped within the first day but, unfortunately, the vet's office ran out of the drug before we could put him on the 1-a-day-maintenance tablet. Fortunately, Allivet had the drug in stock and we received it in a timely manner. With any luck, this drug will keep his 'itchies' at bay for the rest of the summer. Love our dog and love this drug!

Was so happy to be able to get Apoquel again. Has been hard to find but works wonders for my dog who has allergies year round. Have had to put on steroids when couldn't find Apoquel, which I know has side effects in addition to causing him to gain weight. Was so easy to order and have my vet call in prescription. Received within a few days.

My dog is allergic to everything. He was on a low steroid dose for 10+ years. Last year he developed a perforated ulcer which was attributed to steroid use, so no more steroids. Until Apoquel, I haven't found anything to stop the horrible itching. Apoquel is like magic. I just hope the manufacturer gets its act together to meet the demand.

I have a Wore Fox Terrier w. really bad allergies and this stuff is a truly amazing and works unbelievable. I would highly recommend this product if your dogs have any type of allergies or if they itch a lot.

We had our Great Dane on Apoquel for 3 weeks (all the supply we could get); she took 2 a day for 2 weeks, then 1 a day. At 1 week, she was improving, and at the end of 3 weeks, she was the best she'd looked in a year (she's 18 months old). We've been unable to get any more for 2 months, and she's gotten so much worse with allergies and recurrent infections, that we're now considering euthanasia, if she doesn't improve with this 3rd antibiotic. I don't care that the Apoquel cost us @ $100/month; I'd pay it if I could get it.

Medication works the best for my dog. He has a multitude of allergies and very little hope to fix. This medication was the best choice I made for my dog.
