“Have 2 cats. One died in Nov. 2025. We thought because the one cat remaining was grieving and depressed that he had developed a soothing mechanism of excessive grooming. He was licking and scratching for months and started to lose lots of fur. Took to vet did stool, urine and blood analysis. Lab results provided that cat is in general good health for a senior cat. Cat had no fleas, no ringworm, no open or scabbed sores, no urine or blood problems, just dry skin and dander flakes. Was suggested by vet to try prescribed prednisolone which I thought to use as a last resort. However in the interim decided to try giving the cat a kids benadryl to see if it would help calm his apparent urge to itch and scratch. It didn't. Then ordered this shampoo and gave the cat a bath. On the day after the bath noticed the cat has greatly subsided his constant licking and scratching. Will see how it goes, if his fur grows back and will provide an update after a couple of months. So far so good.”
“Our Vet. suggested this shampoo for our Pomeranian. He had a tendency to get an oddly, oily/dry coat using other hypoallergenic/unscented shampoos. This shampoo has a slight scent to it (nothing fancy or bad), but works excellent on him. I’m a dog groomer and always am looking for the best products for my and my client’s dogs. So far this shampoo has worked very well.”
