“After just 2 days on Levetiracetam, my dog developed vomiting and diarrhea which was bad enough to warrant a trip to the vet. Whether Levetiracetam was the cause or incidental is unclear. I plan to re-start the med next week. On the plus side, it is an inexpensive medication; on the negative side, it must be given every 8 hours which could be a challenge for some owners.”
