“I would give the milk 5 out 5, but the delivery is letting you down at the moment. The milk is so delicious, but it takes weeks (and a fair amount of chasing) to take delivery of the order. Can you please do anything to fix this? It's not just covid delivery delays, sorry. Maybe the delivery company needs to change?”

“Hi I have been ordering from Almo direct for the past year. Whilst the prices are ok the delivery service is absolutely shocking and really needs improvement! I receive packages from overseas within 1 week therefore I’m baffled as to how I’m receiving your boxes of milk 1-2 weeks later. If you could work on your despatch I would give you guys a 5 star!”
