“Tried to order a gift card for 2 days. Entered all the info but was unable to send it to the person I was gifting. There was no option only add to cart. I entered all of the information thinking it would ask for the gift information at the end. I have no idea if it was processed. If my credit card is charged, I would need a refund since the gift card was never sent to me or the recipient. There was no way to reach or speak to a customer service rep to determine if the request had been processed and my credit card charged. Very difficult, if not impossible to use this site.”

“Gift Card?? There appears to be no option to send as a gift card, as no button to pick (shown on product page, as per ChatBot, but not there). Based on the lack of positive reviews for the process and issues reported in trying to transfer a purchased certificate from purchaser to the gift recipient, I decided a simple e-transfer was a better gift solution with greater options for the recipient. American Tall's loss, possibly, as intended recipient has greater options now.”
