“Socks too big for a size 15 foot in terms of the sock lines and were too tight in the ankle area. Plus, when trying to exchange or return, I was told they were sale items and non-returnable. Even though they were not on sale, the company considers them to be part of that non-returnable part of their return policy under FAQs if a person would ever look at that prior to purchasing (not under the description of the socks). Poor customer service and website.”
