“I'm 6'6" and 215 pounds. I wear a 48" or 50" jacket and my waist hovers between 34" and 35". I love this shirt (and American Tall) because I'm tired of buying tall or x-tall shirts elsewhere and then they are WAY TOO BIG in the waist (if they fit my shoulders), which means I won't wear them or must spend another $40 or so to have them tapered. My first longsleeve shirt I bought from American Tall was an XL/XT. Shoulders fit great, but it was too long in the waist and sleeves. This shirt I bought was a XL/T and it fits me perfectly. (I should have trusted American Tall's fitting guides... but I'm so used to buying "Tall" shirts that are too short in the sleeves. My sleeve length is 37".) The overall and sleeve length on this shirt is perfect, and I like its slimmer waist.”
