“These slides are comfortable and provide great arch support. I really like them, however I am sad to find that after 9 months, an enormous crack has formed on the bottom of one shoe and small cracks forming on the bottom of the other. I am not sure how much longer they will last. I'd have to assume the larger crack started forming much earlier than 9 months of wear. I do not wear these outside and primarily wear them when I am working from home 3 days a week. And while WFH at my desk, I take them off, so I am very surprised they have cracked under what may be considered light wear. It's unfortunate considering these American Tall slides feel much better than the "soft faux shearling" lined Deer Stag slippers I own and are a true size 16.”
