“Finding any type of pants especially athletics for tall women and men in stores or online is like looking for a unicorn. I'm 5' 9" and my boyfriend is 6' 1" and to find athletic pants long enough for us is a TRUE SCAVENGER HUNT. I found American Tall thru a general web search and I'm surprised I haven't found them before. We are in LOVE with our sweatpants. I just wish they didn't sale out so fast. My boyfriend is tall but not big so going to a big & tall store never works for us. And normally when you find a retailer who claims they sale pants in tall lengths, they are still too short.
During the summer months, I workout twice a day (morning/evening) but in the winter my routine changes because I don't have the proper attire. I just can't walk into a national brand retailer and grab a pair of sweatpants. It appears most retailers think all women are 5' 3" and one size fit all. WELL THEY ARE NOT and the men's pants are too short for me as well. But now that I have sweatpants that fit and are long enough. I can enjoy my workouts comfortably. THANK YOU AMERICAN TALL you have found a customer for life and although your stuff is a BIT PRICEY we have realized it's WORTH IT.”
“My son has a 38 inch inseam. These joggers fit him! He wears them right at the hip line instead of at the waist, and so this allows the hem to fit right at the ankle. We have washed once as directed in cold water and dried on medium heat...and they did shrink a little bit. We ordered the XTall length and he thinks these could be made longer. Ifhe had a 40 inch inseam these would be too short.”
