“These pants are definitely long enough for my young son who stands 6'4" however there was a lot of extra material around his waist and hip area that was not comfortable for him. We did return the item because of the fit but overall good pair of track pants.”

The fabric is nice but maybe a little heavier than the lightweight pants I was looking for to wear durimg workouts. I bought 2 pairs and I am definitely keeping both.
