“I didn’t realize these are the old parachute pants. My kids haven’t worn these in 25 plus years. It took a long time to get them and I needed them for my son’s birthday. When I returned them I couldn’t wait for an in store e gift card so I got a refund on my credit card……well sort of. I have to pay a $9.00 fee plus other fees. I did order another fleece pair of pants that I kept but customer service won’t refund the fees cause I didn’t get an in store credit even though I ordered another pair and couldn’t wait for their snail mail to get to my sons birthday. I’m not ordering again from this company.”
