“I find that the waist band is a bit too snug. I bought item to replace a similar item that was worn-out. New new item has the same size designation as compared to the old item.”

“They are great quality, the only issue is they are made for closer to the tallest heights. But this size because my son is 6’3” but they are actually far too long.
Will be exchanging them for the semi tall and crossing my fingers that those have a little bit extra length to them.”
“My 15yr old son wears these sweats (and also the pajama pants I also got from American Tall) all the time. They were in the wash yesterday so he had on another brand sweatpant that he had to get in XL for the length but they looked ridiculous with how giant the waist was. Definitely need to get more pants from here. (For reference, he is 6'5", 185lbs, gets the Large Tall)”
