“I am rating this very poor because I never received the black sweats and cannot get help from customer service. I received my package but it only had the grey sweats and not the black ones. I contacted customer service and received an email back with more questions but then no further response after answering questions. It has been four days since original email for help with no idea if this will be resolved. So far I am not a happy customer. UPDATE: Refund has been issued. My suggestion for the company is to add phone customer service. It took too long for this to be resolved since each email took a minimum of 2 days for a response. Thanks for the refund.”

“This is my third pair. The first pair wore out. The second pair is half way there. The third are new, slightly different than the others. They are soft, fit perfect, and look good. I recommend the sweatpants.”
“I ordered three styles of pants for my son a few weeks ago - all Large Tall. They all arrived -- all Large Tall, but all in vastly different sizes. The one that fit my son perfectly was "Wearever 2.0 Fleece Straight Leg Sweatpants for Tall Men in Black", so I just ordered another pair ... the exact same pants, in the exact same size as the pair from our previous order that was a perfect fit. Except the second identical pair is a totally different size. The leg is about three inches longer in pair #2 compared to pair #1. I love the concept, and there is a huge need for this. But they desperately need much better consistency in their sizing.”
