“I’m 6’5” with a 33/34 waist and just over 195lbs, I usually buy jeans in a 34x36. I tried the Medium Tall and it was way too long. I switched to the Medium Semi-Tall and the length was perfect, the full outseam length is 46”. Also being a cotton blend I can stretch them a little for that extra inch if they shrink. Waist is good and not tight, and for a straight fit they are not too baggy but I would have preferred a very slight (very minimal) taper near the bottom just because over time it tends to stretch there. The only thing I don’t like is drawstring on the outside.”
