“Great weight flannel and very comfortable - 220 lbs and 6'8" - bought a Large Tall - possibly could have gone with a Medium Tall for better fit but they are pajamas so being a bit loose is OK. Appear to be great quality and are very comfortable on. (purchased for husband)”
