“I'm 6'10" with a 36" waist and 39/40 inseam. I ordered the Medium Extra Tall, which has a 33" waist. The waistband stretches perfectly to my 36" waist. I originally ordered a size LXT, with a 36" waist, and they were quite loose on me. The MXT's fit me so much better...and they are long enough to scrunch a bit where they hit my slippers. Nice! Material is very soft and comfortable.”
