“This was my first time buying pants from American Tall. Despite what the website says they don't run true to size as they claim. I figured I'd exchange them for a different size only to realize that isn't an option for these. So now I'm out $45 and have to pay more for another pair of pants. Couldn't find a number to call anywhere so overall not happy with my experience.”

“Got a 32/36 in "Stone" - nice colour. We've always ordered 32/36 and have other pants in this size that fit. After a wash, this shrunk and would more likely fit a 28 or 30 waist. Very disappointed in the quality of this make.”
