“Sad to say, my sons didn't have the opportunity to wear the pants. Ordered the dress pants on October 29th for my dad's funeral on November 8th. Paid extra for priority shipping which should have arrived within 5-7 business days- spoiler alert-- they didn't.
Every time I checked the tracking and followed up with customer service, as the package sat at the shipping hub for days, there was "nothing" they could or were willing to do. Very disappointed in this company. When did the pants show up? On Saturday afternoon- the package was on our porch when we returned from the service.
Now I am returning them and out the original priority shipping charge and the return fee. Thanks American Tall for making an already difficult time even more difficult!”
