“These jeans fit great. But they SMELL funny when they come in. I can’t wash hem with other clothes because they make my other clothes smell really bad. I remember when I got my first pair of these I had the same issue. I have to wash them a couple times and let them air out in the hopes that they will stop smelling funny.”
We're sorry to hear that. The smell is due to a wash treatment that is commonly used to give denim it's look. The items are washed after this process, however, sometimes the smell will remain. Once you've washed and aired out the jeans the smell should disappear. Please contact our customer experience team if the smell persists.
“I ordered two pair of of Carmen Tapered, one in a dark blue and the other in the Concrete Grey. Same size. They fit WAY different. The gray ones are significantly looser through the legs. It's not bad but hard to get what you want when you don't know what to expect.”
