“The Amer Tall customer service was great to work with, and I have not had problems before. Signature Fade jeans came and were frayed on the leg ends. My son can't wear frayed jeans to work. Amer Tall sent me a replacement pair. They are also frayed on the leg openings, but not as bad. I thought that "faded" was the color of the die used to make the jeans, not that they'd be frayed. The rest of the jean doesn't seem to have wear or frays. Next time I will get the Steel Blue ones like I did at first.”
“They look nice, but I ordered the same pair of jeans in gray and these fit much different. These are way too tight in the waist area, even though I ordered the same size in a different color, and those fit good. Other than the fit being off, good quality of jeans.”

Great customer service and fast exchange. Color/wash is exactly what I wanted. Room in seat and thighs. Very tapered. Longer than 38” Levis I have ordered in the past.”
