“It’s laughable that you sent me a review of items I still have not received two weeks after ordering. There is no customer support unless AI can answer your questions. A week later customer service emailed and said it’s too late to change the shipping. The items were shipped by the USPS. Who knows if I’ll ever receive them. Pathetic! Subsequently I ordered jeans from Levi’s which fit just fine.”

“Absolutely fantastic jeans. I wasn't sure these 34-36 jeans were going to fit; I am 6'2" 190 lbs, and they are an amazing fit. It's hard to explain being so excited about jeans, but maybe you can relate. It has been difficult for my entire adult life to find proper fitting jeans. These sit right at the waist (I'm 32 and I feel like low-rise jeans are to be left in my past), are plenty long in the leg, and have just the right snugness throughout the leg. On top of that, the fabric is SO comfortable. I have always dreaded events that would call for me to wear jeans, because they have always been super uncomfortable for me (stiff fabric, too tight in certain areas, sweaty in Houston summers). Carmen tapered fit are so comfortable, I actually fell asleep in them the first night I tried them out. Color pattern looks great too. Five stars, buy them.”
