“I’ve been buying my pants from American Tall for years. Always 36x38. The last two pairs I’ve purchased have been too long. Last time they said that it was due to new vendor. Same thing happened this time too. I exchanged them for 36x36, but they are a tad too short. Customer service is good, but I’d rather have a hassle-free buying experience.”
