After trying other companies that did not delivery a product that they claimed or the quality was not to my desires, I decided I needed to try American Tall. Service was good. Product is great. This robe actually does tie at the waist (not the chest). It is perfect in length. The quality is everything I hoped for. For my boyfriend, it is a little long on the arms and needs to be cuffed, to be clear and fair I think this is not a fault with the product.
