“The cut of this hoodie is just right and it looks super upscale. It's fairly warm for the weight too, although the slightest breeze will blow right through it. The wool is delicate - every time I take it off I'm scared I'll stretch it out or tear it. It also pills significantly on wear areas like elbows... haven't shaved it yet but probably will use a fabric shaver on it. I'm also scared to wash it, instead I treat it like a blazer and just hang it up to air out between wearings (which also means the pilling has nothing to do with laundry care). I've worn it probably 20 or more times so far. Bottom line, this is a splurge purchase for days when you want nice-looking warmth but don't plan to be too active - I seriously doubt it would hold up to a backyard game of catch like a normal cotton blend hoodie. 4 stars for looks though!”
“I ordered this sweater for myself, because merino wool is a game changer living in Michigan. I am a woman, and like my sweaters over sized. The fit is great, the fabric is crazy soft, but I haven't been able to put it to the winter temperature test yet! it keeps me toasty for the long cold winters here.”
