“I am 6'3 175lbs and ordered a medium tall. The sleeves are slightly too long for me but overall good fit. I usually wear a large in other brands where the sleeves are too short. I think the medium tall is more designed for someone that is 6'5 but it is a decent fit for someone who is 6'3. Can't complain after buying it on sale.”
