When I tried this on, I literally had to work to pull the sleeves down over my arms - I'm 6'5" and 192 lbs - I'm skinny. No way should I have to work that hard just to put it on. When I tried to work with your AI Jane Small, it was highly frustrating. The details of my situation did not apply to the criteria. This item was listed as no returns available due to the price, but it doesn't come close to fitting. All I want to do is use the credit to order something else that actually fits, I tried to contact a human, not of which were possible through your company.”
