“My 14 year old son is 6’6” (156lbs) and needed a blazer for a dance. Nothing at any store, even high end ones, fit a tall skinny man child. :) Our choice was either A salesman tried to sell me a $600 blazer on the hopes of letting out the sleeves 3/4”, when they were clearly about 3” too short. My only regret is that I didn’t have to to exchange for a medium. According to the table, small tall was right on (36 on sleeves) according to measurements done at the men’s store, but the sleeve were still just a touch short. However, it for him so nicely through the chest and was long enough through the torso. He looked so handsome! I already spread the word to the other moms of 6’+ teens!”
