“Purchased this jacket and had high hopes it would be a quality well fitting jacket. Sadly that is not he case! The sleeves on the jacket are about 4" too long and I have a 38" sleeve length. Extremely poor fit all around! The process of returning the jacket for a refund is a total nightmare! The return system they have is place is very poor and confusing! The hassle free return policy they advertise is a JOKE! They will not refund your money and will only issue a store credit which is unacceptable!!!”
