“Neither size really worked for me, I have been trying to get American tall to respond to my request for a return for a week. The virtual assistant on the website is horrible and just runs you around in circles, never giving you a return label so you can get your refund.
I had this problem the last time. I dealt with American tall and it is worse now.
I have tried calling. I have sent messages and emails. My next step is to call my credit card and dispute the charge.
I will never buy anything from this company again!”
