“As a 6'10" tall man with a 39/40 sleeve length, I was skeptical that a blazer from American Tall would fit me. On AT's recommendation, I order the XLXT, and the sleeves are actually a tad long for me. I'll hem them up maybe 1/2" to 3/4". The body fits perfect for my 52" chest. THIS size might even fit a 7-footer with 40" arms. I am truly amazed!”
